Payment Proof Submission Policy #
To keep payment validation accurate and organized, buyers are required to upload their proof of payment through their Booked Up account whenever possible.
Why payment proofs must be uploaded to your account #
Uploading your proof of payment under your account allows us to:
- Match payments to the correct order more efficiently
- Keep your payment records in one place
- Reduce delays caused by searching through Messenger conversations or separate forms
- Allow both the buyer and Booked Up to review previous payment submissions when needed
- Keep your order, payment, tier, and loyalty records properly linked to your account
Payment proofs sent through Messenger will not be considered properly submitted unless otherwise instructed by Booked Up.
Using the Alternative Payment Form #
An alternative payment submission form is available for buyers who have not yet created or accessed their Booked Up account.
However, submissions made through the alternative form are not prioritized and may take several days to weeks to reflect on your records.
Buyers have until October 31, 2026 to create or access their Booked Up account.
Starting November 1, 2026, payments submitted through the alternative payment form may be subject to a 1% alternative processing fee.
Exceptions may be granted for verified account or website issues after reasonable troubleshooting has been completed.
Loyalty and Points Eligibility #
Payments that are not properly submitted through the buyer’s Booked Up account may not qualify for Booked Up Points, loyalty rewards, or other account-based benefits.
This includes payments submitted through alternative channels unless otherwise stated.
The full Booked Up Points System, including earning rules and redemption guidelines, will be announced separately.
Important #
Payment is considered submitted for validation only after the required proof of payment has been received through an accepted submission method.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their payment proof is uploaded correctly and under the appropriate account or order.
