Please Submit Requests With Genuine Intent to Order
Book requests require time to check availability, calculate pricing, and prepare quotations. Once a quotation has been provided, please let us know whether you would like to proceed or not. It is completely okay to decline a quotation—we simply ask that you let us know rather than leave the request unanswered.
Customers who repeatedly submit book requests or request quotations without responding or proceeding may have future requests deprioritized or declined.
Submitting a book request or requesting an open preorder does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate it. As we have limited ordering capacity, the following may be considered when prioritizing requests:
- Be polite and respectful in your communication.
Courteous and respectful customers will always be prioritized. Disrespectful, demanding, or inappropriate communication may result in a request being declined. - Maintain a good payment record.
Consistently paying on or before your due dates and managing your payments without repeatedly relying on payment reminders is a big plus. - Actively support Booked Up.
Regularly reacting to, commenting on, or sharing our posts helps support our small shop and may be considered when prioritizing requests. 💛 - Be an existing/recent customer or Tier Holder.
Customers who have purchased or preordered an existing listing from us within the past 2 months, as well as Booked Up Tier Holders, may receive priority. - Leave a review of your purchase.
Reviews and feedback from completed purchases are greatly appreciated and may also be considered when prioritizing requests. If you experience an issue with an order, please contact us so we have an opportunity to assist you.
Please note: These factors do not guarantee that a request will be accommodated. Availability, supplier access, ordering deadlines, minimum quantities, EAs, and our current ordering capacity may still affect whether we can open or accept a request.
