Booked Up! offers flexible layaway options, but keeping payments on time is the customer’s responsibility.
Please make sure to keep track of your own due dates, payment records, and upcoming dues through your Booked Up! account and our trackers.
📅 When is my payment due? #
Our usual monthly due dates are:
- Every 20th of the month
- Every 30th of the month
Your specific due date depends on the payment schedule assigned to your order.
Please always refer to your Upcoming Dues tab or order records for your actual due date.
🔔 Will Booked Up! send me a payment reminder? #
Payment reminders may or may not be sent by an admin.
While we may send reminders from time to time as a courtesy, customers should not rely on receiving a reminder before making a payment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Know their payment due dates
- Check their Upcoming Dues
- Monitor their payment records
- Make payments on time
Not receiving a reminder does not change your payment due date.
⏰ What happens if I pay late? #
Payments are expected to be made on or before the assigned due date.
However, Booked Up! usually provides a 1–2 day grace period before the overdue fee is applied.
This grace period is provided as a courtesy and is not a guaranteed extension of your payment deadline. We strongly recommend making your payment by the original due date whenever possible.
Once the grace period has passed, the payment will be considered overdue and a 3% overdue fee will apply.
Example #
If your payment is due on August 20:
- August 20: Original due date
- August 21–22: Usual grace period
- After the grace period: Payment may be subject to the 3% overdue fee
The exact application of the grace period may vary depending on the circumstances and payment processing.
💰 How is the overdue fee calculated? #
A 3% overdue fee is applied to the overdue payment.
For example, if your scheduled payment is ₱1,000:
₱1,000 + 3% = ₱1,030
Please settle overdue payments as soon as possible.
❌ What happens if I miss a payment? #
A missed payment does more than leave an unpaid balance on your account.
Customers with a missed payment may be temporarily restricted from placing another layaway order with Booked Up!
This means you may need to settle your existing missed payment before you can add another layaway order.
This policy helps us keep layaway slots available for customers who are able to maintain their payment schedules.
🛍️ Can I place another layaway order if I have a missed payment? #
If you have a missed payment, you are not allowed to add another layaway order until the missed payment has been addressed.
Please settle your outstanding payment first before requesting or placing another layaway order.
💳 How do I make my monthly payment? #
For existing layaway orders:
- Sign in to your Booked Up! account.
- Go to Upcoming Dues.
- Find the payment that is due.
- Make your payment using one of our accepted payment methods.
- Upload your proof of payment through the appropriate payment entry.
You can also use your account and trackers to review your payment records.
⚠️ Important: Keep track of your own payments #
Booked Up! uses a self-service tracking system.
Please do not rely solely on messages from the admin to remind you about your payment.
Your payment schedule is available through your account, and you are expected to check your Upcoming Dues and payment records regularly.
Payment reminders are provided only as a courtesy when possible and are not guaranteed.
A reminder not being sent does not mean that a payment is not due.
💗 We understand that things happen #
If you know that you may have difficulty making a payment on time, please reach out to us as soon as possible rather than allowing the payment to remain unpaid.
However, please remember that contacting us does not automatically remove the applicable overdue fee or payment restrictions.
Keeping your layaway payments on schedule helps us manage your order properly and continue offering flexible payment options to our customers.
