All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation, unless another customer takes over your slot.
We also do not offer refunds for any defects or imperfections — whether minor or major — including scratches, dents, bent or wrinkled dust jackets, or other flaws that may occur during overseas and local shipping.
The only exception is if the original retailer we purchased from agrees to issue a refund or replacement for the defect; in that case, any refund we receive will be passed on to you.
