1. Don’t use the Facebook (or Instagram) in-app browser. If you tapped the link from inside Facebook or Instagram, it opens in their built-in browser, which often causes connection errors. Open it in your normal browser instead:

• On Android: tap the three dots (⋮) in the top corner, then choose “Open in external browser” (or “Open in Chrome”).
• On iPhone: tap the three dots (•••) or the share icon, then choose “Open in Safari” / “Open in default browser.” If you don’t see that option, copy the link and paste it into Safari or Chrome yourself.

2. Use a mobile browser directly (Chrome or Safari) rather than opening through a social media app.

3. Type your full name exactly as it appears on your order.

4. If it still won’t load, please try again in a few hours. The tracker sometimes gets busy, and it usually clears up on its own.
