Our new website is now live for testing! ✨ With this new site, you’ll now be able to see order updates and payment records much earlier. Previously, we could only sync our backend records every Monday, but now changes to your orders will appear as soon as they are updated on our end. Please create an account, especially if you have a tier or ongoing orders with us. Your account will automatically be linked to your tier, order status, records, and access to tier-exclusive early access queue reservations. When creating your account, please make sure your first and last name match the name used on your previous orders or invoices. If the name does not match, your tier may not appear under “My Profile.” If you’re unsure or need help, feel free to message us anytime. We also have more features planned for the website, which we’ll be introducing and explaining gradually over the coming days and weeks. As the website is still in testing, please expect ongoing changes and improvements over the coming days and weeks.
